4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Eligibility Window: Users may request a refund within 3 days from the date of purchase/payment.
- Conditions: A refund is applicable only if no matches or digital matchmaking services have been rendered/offered to the user during this period.
- Non-refundable Scenario: If match suggestions have been delivered, or contact details/profiles have been accessed or viewed, the service is deemed fulfilled, and no refund will be issued.
